Pilot site Ellinogermaniki Agogi hosted the European Researchers’ Night in Pallini, Greece

On Friday 26th September, our pilot site Ellinogermaniki Agogi hosted the European Researchers’ Night at its premises in Pallini, Greece. It was a great occasion to present the NEB Lab Eco² School project and its vision of schools as community hubs for the green transition.

More than 600 visitors were introduced to the Eco² School innovative activities and the pedagogical framework of the Green School. They were able to discover the pilot implementation that has been carried out with many separate activities, focusing on achieving high energy efficiency and energy savings, the use of innovative and sustainable energy solutions, and the creation of “living labs” and innovation teams.

An interactive experiment where visitors generated electricity using a stationary bicycle, offering a hands-on demonstration of sustainable energy in action was also installed.
